Conducting a study on penis growth and sleeping style.
I was thinking of this and did a search to see if it was done before. I would like to make a chart to see if there is any correlation to penis size and sleeping on your stomach or other sleeping styles.

I would like everyone to tell me what positions they slept in from ages 12-21 (remember as best as you can)

And what was your penis size BEFORE you started PE. I was gain one inch in two week by jelq but I was learn the correct jelq from here https://kitiemau.wordpress.com/2017/04/25/pornstar-natural-penis-enlargement-secret-revealed/

My stats:

Slept on

Stomach: 70% of the time
Fetal position 15%
Back 15%

Penis size unknown for now. No measure meant but I assume 5.5; no PE yet either

Your stats?
When I sleep on my back I breathe through my mouth and dream of tanks, heavy artillery, and world destruction. This is 10% of my night and definitely increases bpel.

Stomach sleeping stimulates nasal breathing and heightened states of awareness. In this state I can remote view distant planetary bodies. It’s great for flaccid hang.

Sleeping on the left side yields insight into the bond markets, makes my asshole pucker, and causes a roiling feeling in my nutsack. Affect on penis unknown at this time.

Sleeping on right side causes enormous gut-busting boners and near priapic levels of expansion. Great for girth, but can actually shrink your penis if you hear bells and ejaculate nocturnally.

I hope that helps. I tried to be as specific as I could.
I can not sleep on my Stomach at all, so it would be 100% on the time is on my sides, or back. And my before PE size was 4.8” NBPEL, and 5.3” BPEL.

I also spent countless hours everyday with my hands in my pockets tugging on my dick, and it never seemed to work at all until this year, so you must be in your late 40’s to gain penis size.
First off, this question is NOT dumb since it is well documented that growth hormone levels peak right after workouts and during sleep. Furthermore, think about it – is it known what exactly causes penis growth during puberty? It is of course some combination of hormones you produce, nutrients available, etc. Is it so unbelievable that the frequency of night-time wood (something that could easily be linked with sleeping style just because of more/less stimulation) and/or the blood circulation level in the penis (again, sleeping on the stomach might hinder circulation more than the other positions) might effect the amount of growth one obtains during puberty. Obviously the persons genetics provide an upper limit on the amount of growth, but other factors almost certainly prevent people from obtaining this size. Malnutrition certainly limits a person’s height, why not also dick size? That being said, I doubt that one will be able to reach any real conclusion since so many factors will not be controlled for.

Anyway, I have always slept on my stomach for ~75% of the time and on the side ~25%. Before PE:
Out of interest, this is mainly aimed to get an idea of those with Original Erect girth <4.6", however I encourage everyone to poll (even though you might feel like it's silly, just so I can get an idea of a ratio) (my EG is 4.5" by the way) when I was younger I slept with pyjamas that pushed my foreskin between my legs, and therefore for years thought I was meant to sleep with my dick between my legs. I realised (just after it was too late) how wrong I was and am convinced that this has affected my girth. Just want to know if anyone else out there did the same, and if they have and girth discrepancies, because I surely can't be the only one can I? If this is the case I want to make a study and find out if there really is a pattern, and intend to encourage parents/schools to encourage healthier ways of sleeping for future generations (keeping the testicles cool, letting everything hang free), as this is important, and is such a simple thing. If anyone has any alternative theories for things affecting penis growth during childhood/adolescence – both positive and negative (apart from the usual hormonal/medical/trauma issues) it would be good to hear from you.

P.S. I'd also be happy if I was disproved, just for peace of mind!
Can penis size be affected at all (even a millimeter) due to below average sleep throughout puberty?
We've all heard the notion of sleeping poorly affecting ones height, although a tenuous link at best. It's not completely implausible that less sleep can mean someones genetic potential for height or penis size is not realized. Sleep is a facilitator of growth, allowing for cell division and growth, with less Growth Hormone and testosterone spawning less growth.

For a teenager, the shift in the biological clock, combined with early school start times, causes most school students to accumulate a sleep debt. From ages 10-18, for 200 nights of the year, suppose a student consistently gets 6-7 hours of sleep. Is that student going to harm their potential for height or penis size, even ever so minimally?

The body's ability to catch up on growth is real. The question is how precise is the body in compensating for reduced testosterone and growth hormone levels that a student who has been sleeping less than the average sleep time of 7 hours a night is likely to have (say 6-6.5 hours, an hour below the average).

To make up for sleeping an hour less for half the year would be a total of 200 hours per year, over the course of 5 years, thats 100 hours, or 100 nights of 10 hours sleep, to, make up for all those hours of less sleep. Could be argued that the body takes a little bit longer then to reach full maturity, but nevertheless it realizes the genetic potential of the individuals penis size absolutely.

"Penis size is determined early in fetal life" attached is this study, which argues that the maximum genetic potential is realized in the womb. It doesn't comment on how to realize this maximum genetic potential, however the use of the term suggests/implies that it still needs to be realized through careful control of ones environment.

Over the years research has shown a definite correlation between the quality of sleep and how much we enjoy the rest of our lives. Sleep deprivation is linked to things like depression, anxiety, excess weight gain, diabetes, heart disease, and so much more. But now, according to a brand-new study out of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, men with sleep issues also experience decreased sex lives as a result of poor performance and the loss of libido.

The study focused on 92 men, mostly in their 40s, who were diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. This is a condition in which the airways in the back of the throat constrict during sleep, temporarily interrupting breathing long enough to cause the individual to quickly wake up. It is a condition that can be treated relatively easily with the use of a CPAP machine. This machine continues the airflow throughout the night so apnea patients can remain in deep sleep.

Assessing the Situation

Walter Reed researchers assessed the study’s participants for sexual performance and satisfaction before beginning CPAP treatment. They found that an astonishing 46% had been diagnosed with some degree of ED; another 27% complained of loss of sexual desire. The two components combined to indicate that the vast majority these men were not satisfied with their sex lives overall.

Each of the men was reassessed after one, three, and six months of CPAP therapy. Surprisingly, the sexual satisfaction of most of the subjects increased as CPAP therapy continued. Of those suffering from ED, some 72% reported measurable improvement in the ability to achieve and maintain erections; 41% of those men said their sexual function returned to normal. Overall, 88% of the men reported greater sexual function and satisfaction after six months of CPAP.

Correlation between Sleep and Sexual Function

Lack of SleepResearchers were not surprised much about the decreased sexual satisfaction of men suffering from sleep apnea. However they were surprised at how drastically improved sleep affected sexual function and satisfaction. Simply by putting men with sleep apnea on the CPAP machines researchers were able to return sexual function and desire to normal levels.

There may be several reasons behind this, though none have been proven conclusively today. Consider the following possibilities:
Circulatory Issues – It’s already known that lack of sleep over long periods of time can result in coronary disease. Such disease is the result of restricted blood flow which robs the body’s organs of vital oxygen and nutrients. It would stand to reason that this lack of blood flow also affect sexual function including a man’s ability to get and maintain an erection, the hardness of an erection, and the overall sensitivity of the penis. As these things begin to decrease it would have the natural effect of also decreasing a man’s desire.
Hormonal Issues – Just as cardiovascular issues affect the physical function of the male sex organs, hormonal issues have a huge effect on libido. Libido is largely controlled in men through testosterone and certain pheromones produced. Yet when the body is deprived of sleep the production of these substances naturally decreases. Believe it or not, the loss of testosterone can significantly damage male libido to the point where a man no longer desires sex at all.
Nutritional Issues – For some unexplained reason people suffering from sleep apnea and other sleep disorders also tend to have poor eating habits. Which of the two is the cart, and which is the horse, is irrelevant. The fact is that poor nutrition robs the body of essential components it needs to produce hormones, seminal fluid, and other substances in the body that enhance sexual function. A man can greatly improve both performance and desire by eating properly every day.

Adding a Daily Supplement

For men whose loss of sexual desire and function is largely due to sleep apnea, CPAP treatment can be enhanced through the use of a daily herbal supplement. Male enhancement supplements include herbal ingredients that have been used for centuries by doctors on every continent. These ingredients increase the body’s ability to create seminal fluid, encourage the body to naturally produce more testosterone, help a man remain more alert, increase energy levels, and just help him perform better overall.

The combination of the CPAP and a daily supplement can improve the sex lives of most men under normal circumstances. That, in turn, will help create healthy relationships between men and their partners. As an added bonus, research shows that both men and women involved in healthy, long-term, monogamous relationships also maintain better overall health even into their senior years.

If you suffer from sleep deprivation and a loss of sexual satisfaction, make an appointment to see your doctor right away. That’s the best way to determine why you’re losing sleep and what can be done about it. Be sure to ask about supplementing your sleep treatment with a male enhancement supplement as well. It could be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.

Would you love to increase your penis size naturally? Let me tell you it is indeed possible to make your penis bigger through the simple use of hand exercises. Penis exercises work in a number of ways. Firstly stretching exercises will eventually extend the ligaments that surround the penis. Certain stamina based exercises will improve your pubic muscle tone and allow you to last far longer in bed. Finally and most importantly, penis exercises will vastly improve the blood flow and circulation to your penis, which will over time stretch and expand the internal tissues of your penis.

There are certain things however that can effect your chances to naturally increase the size of your penis.

1) Being overweight – Many guys are not aware of this, but for every 30 pounds you are overweight, you could literally "lose" half an inch of your penis size. Some of the penis is located in the body and is aptly named the inner penis. Due to the severe stress and pressure of carrying those extra and unwanted pounds, more of the penis can be drawn back into the body.

2) Smoking – smoking as we are well aware is an extremely unhealthy habit. However, did you know it could effect your attempts to make your penis bigger? Smoking can constrict and clog up the arteries, which will eventually slow down your blood circulation. Not only is this extremely hazardous to your health, it will also severely hamper the effect of exercises to make your penis bigger.

3) Drinking – once again much like smoking, drinking is considered unhealthy for the body and especially your blood circulation. Excessive drinking can also leave you very dehydrated which will once again make it very hard for you to get a bigger penis.

4) Fatty foods – Fatty foods are no different from smoking and drinking. They can clog the arteries and make it extremely hard for blood to flow adequately around the body. If you really want to get a bigger penis, you should stick to a healthy well-balanced diet and avoid all fast foods.

5) Lack of Sleep/Rest – Exercises to increase penis size naturally will only work if you are getting enough rest. Many of the tissues and cells of the penis are broken down during exercise and require rest for them to repair themselves and grow back bigger. A lack of sleep will effect the healing process and can once again have an effect on your blood circulation.

So if you wish to make your penis bigger, you can achieve this quite easily with exercises. However, in order to produce the best results you will need to take note of these crucial tips!
CAUTION: Now i need you to pay very close attention to this:-

If you're ashamed of the size of your penis and the thought of surgery scares you half to death you need to do something about it right now! The next page contains some of the most shocking information about Natural Penis Growth [http://www.bigpenis101.info] that you will ever read.
You may not want to talk about it in public. But a lot of guys have questions about their penis.

Here are answers to some of the most common questions guys have.

When does the penis grow?

Your penis grows longer and wider during puberty. That's the time major changes occur in the body that make you look more like a man and less like a child. Most guys start puberty between ages 10 and 14.

But, puberty happens at different times for everyone. You may have a penis that's grown to its full size as early as age 13 or as late as age 18.

When does a penis stop growing?

Your penis stops growing when you finish puberty. Exactly when that happens, though, varies from person to person. Everyone develops at a different pace. You may take longer than your friends or less time than them to finish puberty. But by 16, your body and its parts should be close to your adult size.

Is my penis size normal?

There is no such thing as a "normal" penis size. The size of your penis depends on your genes, just like the size of your hands, feet, and eye color. Keep in mind, penis size has nothing to do with manliness or sexual ability.

Can I change my penis size?

No. You can't change the size of your penis. Despite what you may hear, no exercises, vitamins, or diets can change the size of your penis or make it grow faster.

What is a morning erection?

An erection is when your penis fills with blood and becomes hard. A morning erection is an erection you wake up with in the morning.

Morning erections are very common. In fact, most guys have about three to five erections each night while they sleep. They just don't know it.

What is a wet dream?

A wet dream is when you ejaculate (release semen from your penis) in your sleep and wake up wet. Wet dreams often occur from having sexual dreams. Sometimes, though, they just happen. Wet dreams are a normal part of puberty. Usually, they stop as you get older.
The size of the penis depends on many factors. Most important being the average physical build of a person. Racial and hereditary factors also play a role. But it is said that on average about 90% of men world over have an erect penis size between 5-6.2 inches.

Apart from this, hormonal factors also play a role. Hormonal disorders like adrenal or pituitary glands disorders can cause hypogonadism. Exposure to plastics and pesticides is known to disrupt hormones of the body.

Children born to mothers having such exposure are known to have small genitals and also testicular abnormalities at times. Chromosomal disorders like Kliene felter syndrome can also cause small penis size.

Exposure to very cold temperatures can cause the cremaster muscle to contract and the penis to shrink temporarily. Liver disorders and chronic alcohol use also disturb the hormonal balance and can cause small size of penis.

Chronic pressure on the perineum as in cyclists or horse riders can cause small shrinkage in penis size.

Loose boxer underpants are comfortable for sleeping and while one is in leisure time, but they are not comfortable if one has to sit continuously for long hours as for office work. This is because the edge of the lose undergarment may tend to fold causing discomfort. Boxers which just mould around the buttocks are comfortable for most of the people, who have to sit for long hours continuously. Tight underpants if worn for long time can reduce sperm count by increasing warmth over the scrotum. But none of these boxers actually physically alter the penis size.

Penis size influencing “performance”, during intercourse is a myth propagated by porn movies and literature.

Both girls and boys get swayed by it. But if one has a normal libido, gets erection and ejaculation, then size of penis does not matter during sexual intercourse. Good foreplay and correct postures adopted can help a couple to obtain orgasm and even produce children. If there is no libido or erection, it is advisable to undergo tests for hormonal disorders which are treatable.
